Custom Homes: We specialize in Design and/or Construction of Custom Homes. With our in-house drafting department we customize stock plans to suit the needs and desires of the owner. Almost any carpenter can build a single story home but it takes a dedicated builder to customize a home and it takes experience to build multistory homes.
Coastal Homes: Coastal homes are designed to be built on property that is subject to flooding and/or wave action during a storm. They are also called "Stilt" or "Elevated" homes. A stilt home is constructed similar to a multistory home. It takes specialized knowledge to design and construct a coastal home. We are the "Stilt Home Experts".
Budget Homes: Our in-house design team adds a few nice custom touches to each of our budget homes. We have applied our 50 plus years of home building experience to the design of each home. These custom convenience features make each house truly a home.
