The Sierra series is a modified SeaView plan to be built in a non-coastal area. This project has a rear sloping lot on a lake.
The Plantation series features A Master Suite on the 1st floor and 3 additional Bedrooms and Bathroom on the 2nd floor. The series can have a detached or attached Garage.
The Bahama series features a Formal Living Room and Dining Room along with a Family Room and Nook. We have many designs with 3 to 6 Bedrooms and 2 to 4 Bathrooms. This plan also has a Maid's apartment or In-Law apartment attached.
