The Seabreeze is our most popular Coastal Home. It is an "Asymmetrical" 2 story plan with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and a large Double Garage. This plan has numerous available options including an Elevator and 3rd Car Garage.
The SeaView is our most popular "Asymmetrical" 3 story plan. This plan features a off-center Entry with the Garages together. There are many variations from 2 to 5 Bedrooms and from 2 to 4 Bathrooms available to choose from. All plans in this series are availiable with an elevator.
The Trinidad is our smallest "Asymmetrical" 2 story plan. This plan features an off-center Entry with the Garages together. This series is designed for a narrow (50' wide) lot. (Sorry no elevators for this series yet!) It has 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can have a frontal Veranda on the 2nd floor.
The Islander is our most popular "Asymmetrical" 3 story plan designed for a narrow (50' wide) lot. This plan features a split Entry and a balcony/loft that is open above the Living Room. There are many options for 1 to 4 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms. This plan can have exterior balconies in the front just like the SeaView Series.
The Sierra is our largest "stock" plan. It is a 3 story plan designed for a normal (70' wide) lot. This plan features a split Entry and a balcony/loft that is open above the Living Room. There are many options for 3 to 6 bedrooms and 2 to 5 bathrooms. This front exterior balcony is optional.
The GulfView is a very popular "Symmetrical" 3 story plan. This plan features a center Entry with split Garages. There are many variations from 3 to 5 Bedrooms and from 2 to 4 Bathrooms available to choose from. A few plans are availiable with an elevator.
